World Bee Day Photo Contest
World Bee Day Contest: We're celebrating World Bee Day on May 20th! Share your best photos of wild bees in action, whether in the garden or in nature.
How to Participate: To enter, send your photos by May 20th to fotowettbewerb@wildbieneundpartner.ch. All natural persons who have reached the age of 14 at the time of participation are eligible. Minors require the express consent of their legal guardian to participate. A maximum of three entries per participant will be considered. Participation in the contest is free of charge.
Selection Process: The ten best images will be published on a special page for final voting. The community will then choose the three winning photos.
Winner Announcement: Winners will be contacted via email after the voting and, with permission, announced on our social media channels.

2nd Place: BeeHome Observer Limited Art Edition
3rd Place: BeeHome Classic and BeeSummer Nesting Block
Image and Usage Rights: Participants guarantee that they hold all rights to the submitted photos and only submit image material personally photographed by them. By signing, participants also assure that they will not submit any material that violates legal provisions. All unlawful content is prohibited, especially sexist, racist, anti-Semitic, or inhumane content or depictions.
Should third parties assert claims due to infringement of their rights, the participant of the Wildbiene + Partner photo contest shall indemnify Wildbiene + Partner from all claims. The creator from whom the images were transmitted is solely responsible for the content (images, files, texts, etc.).
By participating, participants confirm that no third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademark rights, intellectual property, personal rights) are infringed. If individuals are recognizable, written consent from the depicted person is mandatory.
By participating, the participant also agrees that the submitted photographs may be used by Wildbiene + Partner. For this purpose, the submitter transfers the usage rights to the submitted photographs to Wildbiene + Partner free of charge. The transferred usage rights are not subject to any content-related, spatial, or temporal restrictions and can also be transferred by Wildbiene + Partner to third parties. This also includes measures associated with the contest, such as publications, reports, and public relations.
Otherwise, all rights remain with the author. Wildbiene + Partner endeavors to name the authors when using the photos.
Data Protection: The provision of personal data is necessary for participation in the photo contests. The participant assures that the personal data, in particular first name, last name, email address, and telephone number, are truthful and correct. In addition, the data protection guidelines mentioned in the imprint also apply.
Disclaimer: The organizer is not liable for direct or indirect damages that may arise from participation in the contest.
Right to Change: Wildbiene + Partner reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions at any time and without giving reasons.
