A thriving habitat in no time

Seedballs are small balls made of soil, clay, and seeds that you can easily toss wherever you want, even without a green thumb. You'll receive five handcrafted seedballs from the Bern-based company "Gorilla Gardening". The wildflowers will grow all by themselves, and you'll create a blooming habitat in no time.

Made in Switzerland

The seedballs are handmade in the young company's workshop. Natural products such as clay, organic soil (peat-free), and seeds are used in production. After rolling, the seedballs are dried. The seedballs are packed in small cotton bags, which are hand-printed using a screen-printing process.

These wildflowers can bloom for you

Corncockle (Agrostemma githago), Calendula (Calendula officialis), Cornflower (Centaurea cyan), Dyer's Chamomile (Anthemis tinctoria), Bird's-foot Trefoil (Lotus corniculatus), Phacelia (Phacelia tanacetifolia), Viper's-bugloss (Echium vulgare), Annual Catchfly (Silene coeli-rosa)

It's that simple

The optimal time to spread the balls is in spring (early March to late July). After tossing your seedballs to the desired spot, you can let nature take its course. Wildflowers will then grow there, which will also benefit wild bees. If you plant the seedballs in a pot, the pot should have a diameter of approx. 20 cm.
